Maternity sessions are a perfect way to capture that one moment in a mother-to-be’s life before everything changes.  I love putting beautiful mamas-to-be in gorgeous dresses and taking their picture. Around the 32-34 weeks gestation is when you will be feeling and looking your best. This is the golden window to hire a maternity photographer because you will not be retaining much water, your belly will be nicely round but not too heavy, and by that time morning sickness is almost always a thing of the past. Of course, each pregnancy and pregnant belly is different so use your own stamina as a guide. You’ll always remember hearing your baby’s first heartbeat, the first kick, and those cute little hiccups, and looking back at your pregnancy will allow you to keep those memories close to your heart.
